This course will enable you, as a Project Manager, to better understand the need to proactively manage risks in your projects. We utilise the AS/NZ ISO 31000 Risk Management Standard. This course is relevant to all Project Managers regardless of their profession (e.g. Information Technology, Construction, Engineering). Participants have the opportunity to apply their newly acquired skills by contributing to a Case Study.
- Information Technology (IT) Risk Management Course
While significant benefits are gained through the use of information technology (applications and technical infrastructure), such technologies often necessitate embracing significant risk exposure and expenditure.
This course will enable you, as an IT Professional to better understand and manage risks in your workplace. Course Participants have the opportunity to think through how they can apply their newly acquired skills to their speciality areas (e.g., Applications Development, Systems Integration, Management of Technical Infrastructure) before they return to their work-place.
