The Corporate Governance Council of the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) issued a key document titled 'Principles of Good Corporate Governance and Best Practice Recommendations' on 31st March 2003. This document has subsequently been reviewed and re-released (August 2007) as the ASX Corporate Governance Council's 'Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations'. Prudentia can provide this key document as a Risk Profile.

On request by client organisations, Prudentia is able to facilitate an Audit of the organisation's existing Risk Management processes and practices. Prudentia facilitates a small workshop or set of interviews to identify the components of the Risk Management Programme that the organisation already has in place and identifies possible improvements. Prudentia can conduct Risk Audits at major milestones throughout the rollout of the Risk Management Programme for a client organisation.
Research conducted by the Project Management Institute (PMI) has revealed that Risk Management is one of the weakest Project Management competencies in industry practice. Thorough Risk Management during projects is crucial to delivering quality projects 'on time', 'on budget' and in line with customer expectations.

Prudentia delivers KnowRisk® Risk Management software user training. We ensure that clients have a solid introduction to Risk Management Concepts before they are introduced to software suitable for their Risk Management Programmes.
Prudentia manages Operational Risk Management software implementations for clients. The Risk Management software (KnowRisk®) enables organisations to model their Risk Management Framework and build a Database of Risk Profiles gradually. Risk Profiling is a powerful technique to gradually improve Business Management across one or more disciplines within an organisation.
